About the role
GjejeMjekun, the platform for doctors and clinics in Kosovo, is looking for a Social Media Manager who combines creativity with organisation and analysis. You will grow awareness of the platform and create clear, useful content for people looking for healthcare professionals, contact details and locations.
What you will do
- Plan the content calendar and manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Create posts, carousels, Stories and short videos for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, from ideas and scripts to editing and publishing.
- Write natural Albanian copy and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Work with the team and healthcare professionals on introductions, interviews and practical guides to using the platform.
- Manage comments and messages about general enquiries, referring sensitive matters to the responsible team member.
- Track reach, engagement, clicks and video performance; recommend improvements and report monthly.
- Support Meta Ads campaigns within approved objectives and budgets.
What we are looking for
- Practical social media management experience demonstrated through a portfolio or accounts you have managed.
- Clear, accurate Albanian writing and communication; English skills for work tools and materials.
- Design skills in Canva or Adobe and video editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, publishing schedules and social media analytics.
- Creativity, initiative, attention to detail and reliable delivery.
Useful extras
Experience with healthcare brands or digital products, smartphone filming, interview preparation and paid social campaigns would be an advantage.
