Operator and acceptance

These terms govern use of GjejeMjekun, a digital platform operating in Kosovo. For questions about the platform or these terms, email info@gjejemjekun.com. By using the platform or creating an account, you accept these terms. If you act for a clinic or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to represent it.

GjejeMjekun’s role

GjejeMjekun helps users find and contact professionals and clinics and provides professionals with workspace tools. GjejeMjekun is not a healthcare institution, does not diagnose or treat, and does not itself create a doctor-patient relationship. Professionals and clinics are independent providers responsible for their licensing, information, prices, services and care.

Listings and verification

Public information may come from the professional, clinic, or public and authorised sources. Unverified listings are labelled as such. We work to correct inaccuracies, but you should confirm identity, licence, service, price, opening hours and address directly before making a decision.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials private and notify us of unauthorised use. Do not use another person’s account or grant access to unauthorised personnel. A parent or legal representative is responsible for use on behalf of a minor where required by law.

Requests, appointments and provider services

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, availability or an outcome. Any appointment, healthcare service, price, cancellation, refund or care-related complaint is governed by your agreement with the professional or clinic and by law. In an emergency call 112 or 194; do not use the platform for urgent help.

Paid platform services

When we offer a subscription, promotion or another paid platform service, we display the price, currency, duration and key conditions before an order. The order terms and mandatory rights under Law No. 06/L-034 on Consumer Protection continue to apply. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Prohibited use

You may not use the platform unlawfully, deceptively, threateningly or discriminatorily; invade privacy; impersonate a professional; disclose patient information without a lawful basis; interfere with security; scrape at scale, abuse automation, or attempt unauthorised access. Do not upload content you have no right to use.

Content and intellectual property

You keep rights in your content and grant us only the licence needed to store, display and process it for the feature you request. GjejeMjekun’s brand, design, code and content are protected by law and may not be reused without permission except where the law allows.

Suspension and service changes

We may restrict or suspend access for a breach, security risk, legal duty or technical necessity. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to clarify. The platform may change, but changes will not remove statutory rights already attached to an existing order.

Liability

The platform is operated with reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute accuracy of third-party information. To the extent permitted by law, GjejeMjekun is not responsible for medical decisions or services of independent providers. This limitation does not apply to liability or mandatory consumer rights that the law does not permit us to exclude.

Privacy, law and complaints

The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy supplement these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint; this does not prevent you from contacting a competent authority or court in Kosovo.

Changes to these terms

We may update the terms for legal, security or service changes. The update date is shown on the page, and we will give appropriate notice of material changes.
