Straight answers about pricing, billing and how it works.
What is the difference between Connect and Pro?
Connect sends the request directly to the practice email, with no calendar or request queue in the platform. With Pro, the patient selects an available time, the booking is recorded and reminders are sent automatically.
Is a Connect request a confirmed appointment?
No. Connect receives appointment requests. The practice checks its schedule, contacts the patient, and then confirms the appointment.
How does yearly billing work?
Payment is collected once per year and the subscription renews yearly. The annual price costs less than 12 monthly payments.
Do I pay for reception users?
No. Reception and administration are included without an extra seat charge. Only active doctors count as billable seats.
What happens when a clinic adds a doctor?
The platform verifies the active doctor count on the server. When the five included seats are full, it shows the extra-doctor price before activation.
Can I change packages later?
Yes. You can move from Connect to Pro. A new price applies only after you select and confirm the new package.
When is the plan activated?
The plan activates after Stripe confirms the card payment. You see the amount and renewal cadence before paying.
Are SMS and WhatsApp included?
They are not included as unlimited messages. These channels depend on a provider and its costs and are enabled separately when a clear offer is available.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel from billing. Access remains active through the end of the paid period.
Is my data kept if I change packages?
Changing packages does not automatically delete data. Some features may become unavailable after a downgrade, while data remains subject to the retention and privacy policy.
