About the role
We are looking for a Digital Growth & Content Specialist who combines clear writing with analytical thinking. You will help GjejeMjekun communicate credibly with patients, professionals and partners without losing the human side of healthcare.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and create content for public pages, email, social channels and partner materials.
- Work with the team to turn common user questions into clear, useful guidance.
- Follow content and campaign performance, then suggest understandable improvements.
- Keep communication accurate, accessible and consistent with the brand voice.
What we are looking for
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, communications or a related field.
- Excellent Albanian writing and editing skills; English is an advantage.
- A practical understanding of content analytics, SEO or email campaigns.
- The ability to manage several priorities and work to deadlines.
