About the role
We are looking for an LLM & AI Product Engineer to help GjejeMjekun turn thoughtful artificial-intelligence ideas into real, understandable and safe experiences. You will work closely with product, research and engineering to build features that help people find their direction without replacing professional healthcare judgement.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build and improve LLM-powered features for search, guidance and internal workflows.
- Build RAG systems, evaluations and safety guardrails that keep responses useful, clear and controllable.
- Work with the team to turn real user needs into small experiments and production-ready product features.
- Measure quality, latency and cost; document decisions and improvements.
- Respect privacy: do not send personal or sensitive data to unauthorised systems, and do not build features that claim to diagnose.
What we are looking for
- Hands-on experience with Python or TypeScript/JavaScript and web product development.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG or AI-result evaluation.
- An understanding of APIs, databases, Git and good testing practice.
- Clear thinking about product boundaries, privacy and responsible AI use.
- Good Albanian or English communication and curiosity to learn in a fast-changing field.
